Privacy notice

What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Cart Courier Ltd (company number 15700808), First Floor, 2 Bevington Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 6JB. We decide how the personal data described here is used. Contact us about it at cartcourier@yahoo.com or 07427 090403.

What we collect and why

  • Quote and collection requests. Your name, company, phone, email, collection and delivery postcodes and job details. We use them to price the job, contact you about it and carry it out.
  • Phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails. What you tell us about a job, used the same way.
  • Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and how people reach the site, and Microsoft Clarity records anonymised clicks and scrolling, so we can see what helps customers book. We do not use either for advertising.

We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract (quotes) and performing the contract (running the job), on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries, and on your consent for analytics cookies.

Who handles it for us

  • FormSubmit relays the website forms to our email inbox.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us there.
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) process analytics data if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Our own server counts clicks on the call, WhatsApp, email and quote buttons (button type and page only, no cookies and nothing that identifies you) so we know when someone gets in touch.

We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as we need them to quote, carry out and invoice the work, and to keep the business records the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email cartcourier@yahoo.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) set cookies only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change it here at any time.
